City of Boulder’s Division of Housing moves to a new location

The Division of Housing, including the city’s homeownership program, has moved to a new location at 1300 Canyon Blvd in Boulder. 

The office is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The office entry door, with the ‘Division of Housing’ signage, is located on the northeast corner of the building, facing Canyon. Please note that the double doors on the north side of the building do not open to the Housing offices.

The Division of Housing Planning, Homeownership, Asset Management, and Funding staff and the Housing Division Manager have all relocated to 1300 Canyon Blvd. Staff phone numbers and email addresses have not changed.

Visitors can find metered street parking on 13^th and 14^th streets and at the public garage located at the corner of 14th and Walnut.
