Division of HousingFunding2012 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation ReportThe 2012 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) describes accomplishments achieved during the 2012 Program year through the implementation of programs and activities under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME programs, reports progress in meeting overall Consolidated Plan goals and priorities, and describes actions taken to affirmatively further fair housing, foster efforts and eliminate barriers to affordable housing, support and participate in the Continuum of Care to serve the homeless, reduce lead-based paint hazards, enhance coordination with service providers, and assist persons and families to reduce poverty. The draft CAPER is available for public review at the following locations: ► City of Boulder, Department of Housing ► City of Longmont, CDBG Office ► City and County of Broomfield, Housing Program ► www.boulderaffordablehomes.com and www.buildinglivablecommunities.org Copies of the CAPER will be made available upon request and are free of charge. Also upon request, the document will be made available to non-English speaking and disabled persons. Per federal requirements, the public will have 15 days in which to comment on the CAPER before it is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All comments received in writing will be responded to in writing and will be included in the CAPER for its submission to HUD. Box 791, Boulder, Colorado 80306, ATTN: Kelly Stapleton. 2013 Boulder Broomfield Regional HOME Consortium Action PlanThe Action Plan describes the goals and projects that the Boulder Broomfield Regional HOME Consortium will undertake in 2013 for the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership programs. The Action Plan also describes proposed spending of federal funds directed to the Consortium and Consortium members, local funds and other public and private funding; identifies the unique programs and characteristics of each Consortium community; and details the housing and community development programs and policies for the region as a whole. The draft Action Plan is available for public review at the following locations: ► City of Boulder/Department of Housing and Human Services ► West Boulder Senior Center ► Boulder Public Library The City of Boulder will hold two public hearings: Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, 5 to 6 pm Copies of the Action Plan will be made available upon request and are free of charge.
