To be eligible, applicants must complete an application and meet financial eligibility guidelines, have resided within Boulder city limits for the entire 2023 calendar year, and be:
City residents who do not have permanent shelter are eligible for the refund and can meet the residency requirement by providing documentation that they are receiving services from a city-recognized homelessness services agency.

The volunteer will work 5 hours per week and help the Food Tax Rebate team process applications and provide office support.
