Board of Zoning Adjustment meetings are generally held in Council Chambers, which is located in the Municipal Building. Always check the agenda for updates or changes to time and location.
Due to physical distancing requirements, all Board of Zoning Adjustment meetings have been moved to an online platform for the foreseeable future.
Members of the public may contact the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOZA) via email at [email protected]. If you are emailing comments related to a project being reviewed by the board, please provide such comments by the end of the business day on the Tuesday before the meeting date.

The City of Boulder is committed to its core value of community safety and is proactively taking steps to limit potential social spreading of COVID-19. Because of this, this meeting will be held virtually. Any and all interested persons may:
- Speak under public comment or observe the public hearing via video conference. The conference link is at the top of this agenda.
- Call in to the public hearing video conference via telephone (if computer audio is not available).
- Submit written comments in advance of the hearing to BOZA@bouldercolorado.gov. Please note that we currently CANNOT accept mail. Only email will be received at this time.
- Any documentary evidence will be provided to the designated secretary of the Board via email at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. The secretary will publish the documentary evidence on the Board’s city webpage where the rest of the materials are published.
