The Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center (FRC) is open to all residents of the City of Boulder with a child up to 19 years of age or families with a child enrolled in a Boulder Valley School District (BVSD) school within the city limits of Boulder.  The FRC partners with the entire family to help them become stronger in key areas that affect family stability, including:

  • Parenting
  • Health
  • Nutrition
  • Financial management
  • Education
  • Emotional well-being
  • Community involvement

FRC staff can guide families to a wide range of community services as well as provide direct assistance.  On-site services can include, when appropriate, family and individual counseling, assistance with basic needs and resource referrals.

The FRC is located at Manhattan Middle School of Arts and Academies, 290 Manhattan Drive.  For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 720-279-7027.

The Family Resource Center would like to inform families that have children enrolled in a Boulder Valley School District school or who live in the City of Boulder about the program “Free or Reduced Lunch.” Listen to audio about the program in English or en Espanol, or watch the video.
