Assistant City Manager
Pam Davis is the Assistant City Manager for the City of Boulder. Her local government career began in 2012 and she has held leadership positions in cities in Colorado and Arizona. As assistant city manager for Boulder, Pam facilitates cross-department projects, serves as a staff liaison to the Police Oversight Task Force and as the community LGBTQIA+ liaison. Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College and a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. She is a board member of Alliance for Innovation, a member of the International City/County Management Association, Arizona Women Leading Government, CivicPRIDE, and active in Engaging Local Government Leaders.
