If there are any currently under consideration and within the public comment period, they will appear below, along with information about how to share your perspective.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

RULE 2.2.21A.A.18

As Adopting Authority, the City of Boulder City Manager, on May 10, 2018, has filed a proposed rule/regulation covering the following general subject matter: The general subject matter of the rule is:

Regulation Regarding Administration of the Chautauqua Parking Management Plan by the Colorado Chautauqua Association within the leasehold area and limited to the Pilot Period 2018 – 2023.

Copies of the rule are available for public review at Central Records at the Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, 2nd floor.

The Adopting Authority will consider written public comments for 15 days after publication of this notice before issuing a final rule.

RULE 2.2.15.A.18

As adopting authority, on establishing this rule to create the Chautauqua North Neighborhood Permit Parking Zone effective during the Pilot Period 2018 – 2023, the Boulder City Manager, on May 10, 2018, filed with the city clerk a Rule proposing to:

Create the Chautauqua North Neighborhood Permit Parking (NPP) Zone during the Pilot Period 2018 - 2023 to read:

The boundaries of the zone are: the south side of the  800 block of Cascade Avenue;  the 700 block of 8th Street; the 700 block of Grant Place; the 700 block of 9th Street; and the 700 block of Lincoln Place.

Copies of the Rule are available for public review at the Central Records Office at the Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, 2nd floor.

The public has a right to submit written comments on the proposed rule for 15 days from the date of this publication. Please direct written comments to:

RULE 2.2.15.B.18

As adopting authority on amending the Neighborhood Permit Parking Zone Regulations, the Boulder City Manager, on May 10, 2018, filed with the city clerk a Rule proposing to:

Amend the Neighborhood Permit Parking Zone Regulations to allow for weekend and holiday restrictions to the Chautauqua North NPP Zone Only and limited to the Pilot Period 2018-2023.   

Copies of the Rule are available for public review at the Central Records Office at the Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, 2nd floor.
