Intercambio and the City of Boulder’s Community Relations have partnered with a nationwide photography initiative aimed at creating a portrait of America that includes immigrants and descendants of immigrants alike. As Boulder rebuilds its community after the flood, we are reminded that our community is made up of diverse people who work together in the face of adversity. We are all Boulder, and we are resilient.
