About the Presenters
Julie Klingel is an Executive Coach and Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who brings over 20 years of experience as a leader, program manager, and marriage family therapist. She has worked closely with senior management in in the fields of healthcare, higher education, technology, and entertainment, and has experience in both not-for-profit and for-profit corporations. Julie combines genuine compassion, caring and deep listening with her extensive education and practical business experience to catalyze sustained growth and transformation in her clients.
Kevin Raum is a mediator and business consultant brings over 35 years of experience as a mediator, facilitator, business coach, program manager, and business advisor. He is co-founder of Elements of Peace, LLC, a firm of professional mediation and facilitation experts. He has worked with a wide variety of US and overseas companies, the federal government, and state and local governments. As a certified mediator, he has led hundreds of court mandated, community, private and business mediations.
