Flood Preparedness Meetings in-a-Box
Boulder neighborhoods and organizations are encouraged to arrange meetings to discuss flood preparedness, gather information, and share resources to help each other reduce the impacts of future flooding.
The City of Boulder will provide the necessary meeting materials, including a draft agenda, potential discussion items/questions, community guide to flood safety, summary of ongoing restoration efforts and personal preparedness tips.
All meeting in-a-box materials are available for download below.
To request a package of printed flood materials for your meeting, fill out the “Flood Meeting In-a-box Request Form” below. The city will contact you to coordinate delivery of the meeting in-a-box materials.
If you do not have a large enough meeting facility available, you can request a City of Boulder meeting room. The city has limited rooms available and most are located downtown or in east Boulder.
