Community Working Group

The city has assembled a community working group to provide input to city staff during the planning process. The working group's feedback will help staff explore future transportation options that serve the varied needs of the community.

The East Arapahoe Transportation Plan Community Working Group held their fourth meeting on Thursday, Oct. 6.  The working group discussed the characteristics of various segments of the corridor, and how the corridor could be broken into "Character Districts" to help inform the planning process moving forward.  See materials from the meeting below.

Meeting No.1

The East Arapahoe Transportation Plan Community Working Group held their first meeting on Thursday, May 5, 2016.  The working group was introduced to the background of the plan, and had a discussion regarding the Draft Purpose and Need statement.

Webinar 1 - TDM and Parking

The Community Working Group will also be participating in daytime Webinars to discuss other topics related to the East Arapahoe Transportation Plan.  

The first of these webinars was held on 2/15/2017, and featured a discussion with Molly Winter and Chris Hagelin from the City of Boulder about Transportation Demand Management strategies.

Webinar 2 - Land Use

The second webinar, held Thursday, June 22nd, was a discussion of future land use in the corridor.
