Housing Fund Program
The Housing Fund Program distributes more than $3 million annually in funds through an RFP process to support affordable housing in Boulder. The four primary fund sources for the program are:
- City of Boulder's Affordable Housing Fund (AHF)
- Community Housing Assistance Program (CHAP)
- HUD's HOME program
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
