INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT HOTLINE - POSTED OCTOBER 2, 2017

This information was posted on Monday, October 2, for applications that will take place the week of October 2, 2017.

         

Open Space & Mountain Parks (OSMP)

OSMP staff will spot apply Clearcast and Milestone, EPA Category III herbicides, to purple loosestrife, hairy willow-herb, and perennial sowthistle at the ERTL property, located west of 95th Street and north of Valmont Rpad.

 

OSMP cut-stump apply Clearcast and Pathfinder, EPA Category III herbicides, to Russian olive at the following properties:

  • Teller Lake, located south of Valmont Road and west of 95th Street
  • Axelson and BVR, located north of Jay Road and west of 55th Street

 

OSMP staff will spot apply Clearcast and Milestone, EPA Category III herbicides to teasel at the following properties:

  • Sombrero Marsh, located south of Arapahoe; there is a trail in the vicinity.
  • Burke I, Gebhard, Kentucky, located southwest of the intersection of Baseline and Cherryvale Roads.  The Bobolink and South Boulder Creek Trails are in the vicinity.
  • Colorado Open Lands, Short-Milne and Straty-Cline located north of Valmont Road and east and west of 61st Street

 

OSMP staff will cut-stump apply Clearcast, and Rodeo, EPA Category III herbicides, to Russian olive at Sombrero Marsh, located south of Arapahoe; there is a trail in the vicinity.

Parks & Recreation Urban Resources

Parks & Recreation Urban Resources staff will apply Clearcast and Milestone, EPA Category III herbicides, to common teasel, reed canarygrass, diffuse knapweed, and multiple thistle species at the North Dam natural area located north of Highway 119 and west of 63rd Street.

 

Parks & Recreation Urban Resources staff will apply Clearcast and Milestone, EPA Category III herbicides, to common teasel,  multiple thistle species, reed canarygrass, and other noxious and invasive weed species in the natural area north of the Pleasant View Sports Complex, located north of the main complex and west of 47th Street.
