Open House: Mosquito Management Program
Some areas in the region are experiencing high spikes in spring mosquito activity. Join City of Boulder ecologists for a public information session on Wednesday, June 6, at the Boulder Public Library to help community members understand the city’s current and future strategies for mosquito management and how the community and the city can partner to reduce nuisance mosquito bites and decrease the risk of West Nile virus.
You will also learn some surprising facts about mosquitoes, the truth about some common myths, how to best protect yourself and your family and how you can get involved in the city’s assessment of its current mosquito program.
