HOA Informational Workshops

Each year, City of Boulder Neighborhood Services hosts Homeowner Association (HOA) informational sessions, a series of classes hosted in direct response to resident requests for additional information related to HOA management, legal updates and networking opportunities.

Inside an HOA is for residents who serve as HOA board members and others who have a desire to better understand the laws and requirements related to HOA management and good governance, as well as to provide networking and interaction for HOA board members across the city.

HOA Basics

Are you a resident or board member of an HOA? There is a lot to learn and understand about how HOAs work and how to be an effective resident or board member. Neighborhood Services offers HOA Basics twice each year, featuring Shanneyvie Johnson from the Colorado State Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Shanneyvie will go over all the basics you need to know and answer questions along the way.

HOA Officers Forum

HOA Officers Forum  is specifically for Board Officers who are familiar with the basics and would welcome a deeper dive into particular subjects.
