National Night Out: Boulder
Because we know that connected communities are typically safer and more resilient, several Boulder neighborhoods have stepped up on National Night Out by deciding to step out. A number of events have been planned around the city to celebrate Boulder Night Out on Tuesday, August 1, from 4-8 pm.
Registration is now closed for 2017 but we encourage you to still take the opportunity to get outside on August 1 and meet a neighbor or connect with those you already know.
Please consider registering for this event in 2018 as an opportunity to get to know your neighbors and to build relationship with police and fire personnel
National Night Out is a tremendous opportunity to enhance relationships between neighbors, law enforcement and fire services while bringing back a true sense of community. It also provides an opportunity to bring police and neighbors together.
National Night Out started in 1984 and has since swept across the nation. It is an annual event in all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canada and military bases worldwide, involving more than 15,000 communities and 37 million volunteers, citizens and civil servants.
