Virtual Registered Classes

Virtual Registered Classes use ZOOM, link will be sent out via email prior to class start. Downloadable recorded classes will be emailed to all registered participants at the end of the session. If a class is missed during the session, the recording will be made available to the participant to complete on their own before the next class session.

SilverSneakers Members will receive a discount on class registration, discount automatically applied at checkout when membership is active on account. Please call the rec center main line to check your SilverSneakers membership and register for classes 303-413-7200, press 1, then 1 again for program registration.
