City to host AARP Tax-Aide, Feb. 6 through April 14

From Feb. 6 through April 14, 2018, the City of Boulder is hosting the annual AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the West Senior Center, 909 Arapahoe Ave. Tax returns will be prepared by appointment only. To make an appointment call 720-475-6639. Appointments fill up quickly and participants are encouraged to schedule as soon as possible. For questions about the program call 303-440-8104. 

The free tax assistance program serves taxpayers of all ages with low and moderate incomes with an emphasis on older adults. Tax preparers are IRS-certified volunteers. Tax appointments can last several hours, and participants need to remain present for the entire process.
