Cult Classics Film Series Premiere at Central Park on Oct. 6

E.T., the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and the Sanderson sisters are ready to entertain at Central Park this October!

The City of Boulder Parks and Recreation invites you to join us at the Glen Huntington Band Shell on select Friday nights to welcome the return of the family-friendly Cult Classics movie series. Bring your blankets and chairs and join us at 6:30 p.m. for a beer garden and food vendors. The movie will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The 2017 line-up features:

  • Friday, Oct. 6: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
    When gentle alien E.T. finds himself stranded on Earth, he is befriended by a young boy, Elliot, and siblings who are determined to keep E.T. safe and help him get back home.
  • Friday, Oct. 13: Ghostbusters (original 1984 version)
    A group of scientists find more than a niche with a ghost-catching business, they find a mission to save New York City and mankind.
  • Friday, Oct. 20: Hocus Pocus
    After accidentally freeing a coven of wicked witches, a trio of friends must protect their town from the Sanderson sisters before they achieve immortality with the help of a magical cat.
