This data represents annual funding allocations through The City of Boulder's Human Services Fund (HSF) over the past 25 years. The HSF provides approximately $2.5 million annually to community agencies providing services to Boulder residents in support of the Human Services Strategy. Awards are made through a competitive process based on alignment with City of Boulder priorities and goals. Human Services Strategy, which guides the work of the department over the next five years.
