Relaxing Through Forest Bathing
Healing and Relaxing through “Forest Bathing”
Fri. June 29, 6 - 8:30 p.m.
Join OSMP staff to learn the restorative practice of Shinrin Yoku – the Japanese art of forest bathing, and enjoy the woods of Boulder. In need of some structured time in the woods? This hike is perfect for someone just getting into hiking or slowing down after many years of enjoying the outdoors. We’ll take a moment to unplug, relax, and use the land, trees, and ecosystems of OSMP to heal and add value to our lives. Meet at the Flagstaff Nature Center on Flagstaff mountain for a hike around the summit’s pine forests.
