Sunrise Forest Bathing – Shanahan Ridge

Sunrise Forest Bathing – Shanahan Ridge
Thursday Aug. 2, 6 - 8 a.m.
Join Open Space and Mountain Parks Recreation Coordinator David Ford to start the day and learn some restorative practices of Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese art of forest bathing, and enjoy the woods of Boulder. We’ll take a moment to unplug, relax, and use the land, trees, and ecosystems of OSMP to heal and add value to our lives. Meet at the Shanahan Ridge Access Point (map search 1903 Lehigh in Boulder, where Lehigh and Lafayette Streets intersect). Parking is available along the street, and it’s also served by the southbound SKIP bus. We encourage you to use public transportation! See the SKIP's schedule here.
