Hiking as a Family in Winter!

Hiking as a Family in Winter! Shanahan Ridge
Saturday December 110 a.m. - noon
Learn skills from seasoned nature mamas and OSMP naturalists Debbie Cushman and Melissa Reed-Eckert about packing a kids' exploration pack as well as things for you to take along to make your life more pleasant while cultivating future outdoor enthusiasts and creating family traditions. Bring water, snacks and sunscreen,  and whatever else you may need to motivate your child (Skittles? Kale chips? Whatever it takes!)  Dress in layers appropriate for the colder weather.

This program is for parents, grandparents and guardians and their children ages 4-10. NOTE: There are no facilities at this trail location.

Meet at the Shanahan Ridge trail entry point, where Lehigh and Lafayette streets intersect (map search 1903 Lehigh Street Boulder) with parking along the street. As with all Natural Selections hikes, please leave your furry friends at home.
