Renting Picnic Shelters and Facilities
COVID19 cancellations: OSMP’s Hub at 2520 55th Street is closed. Community members may book Shelter & Facilities online below, however, OSMP advises that bookings of OSMP facilities for weddings and other events may be subject to change. Facilities and all picnic tables on OSMP are currently closed through April 30, 2020. Learn more about city-related COVID19 closures.
Flagstaff Summit Road closed to vehicles for winter
The Flagstaff Summit Road has closed to vehicles for the winter as of Sun. Oct. 27, 2019. It will reopen in May. Visitors may still access the Summit Road on foot.

Should you choose to rent a facility, completing the online registration acknowledges that you understand and accept all the information included here and on the facility use permit.
Reserving a Facility
You must first decide what facility will accommodate your event. It is recommended that you visit the facility of your choice before making a reservation to ensure it will accommodate your event needs. You must understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations before starting the online reservation process.
