Nature for Kids & Parents:  Tracking Tales!
Sunday January 20, 1 - 2:30 p.m.

Wild animals leave lots of clues about who they are and what they are up to.  Go on an animal signs scavenger hunt with Debora Martin, OSMP volunteer naturalist. We'll look for animal clues and play some fun games to learn how to become good trackers!  Meet at the Lehigh Street entrance to Shanahan Ridge (map search 1903 Lehigh and Lafayette Streets intersect) for an easy hike.  Ages 5 and up. Be prepared for snow and possibly ice on the ground: strap-on traction for your shoes is highly encouraged since trails could be very slick.

THIS LOCATION IS ON THE SOUTHBOUND ROUTE OF THE SKIP BUS! We encourage you to take your kids on the bus to make an adventure of it. Here's a link to the Sunday southbound schedule:
