City to Host Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulation Update Open Houses
The public will have the opportunity to share feedback at two upcoming open houses and through an online form option
The City of Boulder requests community feedback on potential incremental changes to the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) regulations. The public will have the opportunity to share feedback at two upcoming open houses and through an online form option. Information about ADUs and the draft proposal are available for review at: www.bouldercolorado.gov/housing/adu.
Both open houses will feature a staff presentation that will begin promptly at 6 p.m., but residents are invited to attend anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. to ask questions and provide feedback.
South Boulder Open House:
Monday, Nov. 27
5 to 7 p.m.
St. Paul’s United Methodist Church (4215 Grinnell Ave.)
North Boulder Open House:
Monday, Dec. 11
5 to 7 p.m.
Shining Mountain Waldorf School (999 Violet Ave.)
Residents may also submit their experiences with ADUs through the city’s website, https://bouldercolorado.gov/housing/your-adu-stories. Residents are encouraged to provide a written statement in 400 words or less, and a photo or video of their ADU.
