Contractor Licensing Renewal

If you would like to renew your contractor license, please complete the following steps.

  1. Review the insurance requirements on the Contractor Licensing page. Have your insurance agent(s) email your General Liability and if applicable, Workers Compensation insurance certificate(s) to [email protected]
  2. To update or change your license information, please complete the following details and email to [email protected]
  3. For renewals, payment is required. The city can accept credit cards by phone (303-441-1880) or fax (303-441-4241), or by check made payable to "City of Boulder" and mailed to City of Boulder Contractor Licensing, PO Box 791, Boulder, CO 80306.
