The Shelter will be preparing a special breakfast and dinner for the 160 individuals who access our services on Thanksgiving. Without your support we would not be able to provide the special touches to celebrate the holiday.
With your support the Shelter will be providing residents who stay on Christmas Eve with a small gift and a special holiday meal. We sincerely appreciate your support in ensuring everyone feels included this holiday season!

I Have a Dream Foundation
At the "I Have A Dream" Foundation, we provide individualized social, emotional, and academic support to young people from low-income communities from kindergarten all the way through college, along with guaranteed tuition support. We believe that when given equal access to the resources they need to succeed, all children can ignite their innate potential and achieve their dreams. Since "I Have A Dream" was founded by Eugene Lang in 1981, we have served nearly 18,000 young people ("Dreamers") in over 200 programs nationally.
You can make holiday dreams come true this year with Holiday Dreams (formerly Adopt-A-Family), a 15-year tradition that matches gift-givers with children and families participating in the "I Have A Dream" program at the holidays. You can ensure that Dreamer Scholars and their siblings receive gifts for the holidays! Or you can become a holiday dream giver and be paired with Dreamer Scholars and their siblings throughout Boulder County.
