Community assistance needed with a sexual assault investigation
Boulder police are investigating a sexual assault that occurred between 11:30 p.m. on May 13 and 7:00 a.m. on May 14 in an unknown location.
During the evening leading up to the assault the victim was at the Walrus Saloon, located at 1911 11th St. She ordered a water at the bar and does not have any recollection of anything that occurred after until she woke up on the couch in a home near Boulder High School the following morning.
Boulder police would like to speak with the last known person she interacted with at the Walrus Saloon who has been deemed a person of interest. A composite sketch of that person is attached. Police would also like to speak with the man who was captured on surveillance walking with the victim at 12:57 a.m. This man is also considered a person of interest. At this time, it is unknown if the person captured on the surveillance video is the same person the victim was interacting with at the Walrus Saloon.
