Boulder police investigating alleged unlawful sexual contact at the East Boulder Recreation Center
The Boulder Police Department is investigating an alleged unlawful sexual contact that occurred in the pool at the East Boulder Recreation Center, located at 5660 Sioux Dr., between 2-4:30 p.m. on June 25, 2017.
An adolescent female reported to police that she was touched inappropriately over her swimsuit while in the pool.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 40’s, approximately 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet, 1 inch tall, with a thin build and trimmed facial hair. At the time of the incident the man was wearing salmon colored swim trunks and had two children with him. It was reported that the suspect was doing handstands and flips in the water, going down the water slide and may have had a bloody nose.
