Neighborhood Eco (NECO) Pass Program Interactive Map

This map allows Boulder residents to determine if they live within an existing RTD Neighborhood Eco Pass Program and how to contact the volunteer coordinator if they do. If residents are located outside but near an existing neighborhood program, they can use this map to ask the coordinator if the current program boundaries can be expanded to include their block.

How it works:

1.)  Search your home address in the top right corner of the map. The map will then zoom to your address. If your residence is located in a shaded area, then you are eligible to participate in the Neighborhood Eco Pass Program.

2.)  If you are eligible for this program and interested in participating or want to contact the coordinator about possible program expansion; Click anywhere within the shaded NECO neighborhood boundaries and it will bring up a message box stating:

"Interested in participating in this program? Email your neighborhood coordinator now for more info!"

3.)  Click on the word email in the message box that appears and it will automatically create an email to that neighborhood's program coordinator.

4.)  Send the email, and the coordinator will answer your questions.
