Adult Swim Lessons and Water Fitness

Learn to swim or improve your technique!

It's never too late to realize the benefits of aquatic exercise! The City of Boulder Aquatics Division offers a wide variety of aquatic programs for adults. Our programs range from beginner swim classes to lap swim instruction and water fitness. Private and group lessons are available.

Swimming lessons encourage you to feel comfortable and confident in the water while building life-long skills. Our water fitness classes give you a great workout in a fun environment. Instructor-led cardio and strength training exercises are low-impact, but effective. You can get in great shape!

Drop-in water fitness classes

We now offer drop-in aquatic fitness and pre-post natal aquatic fitness classes, with equipment and props provided.
