Dog Dayz Volunteers

Do you love watching dogs splash, swim, jump, and dive?

Scott Carpenter pool will be open for water loving dogs from Sept. 10 to 23. We need adult volunteers to welcome participants and keep guardians and their furry friends happy and safe.

Shift Volunteer positions and Lead Volunteer positions are available for 2018.

Lead Volunteers

Lead Volunteers are responsible for welcoming Shift Volunteers and managing daily volunteer tasks during their 3.5 to 4.5 hour shifts. They will communicate with the Volunteer Coordinator about any volunteer issues (i.e. behavior, no shows, etc). Shift Volunteers

Shift Volunteers are responsible for welcoming Dog Dayz participants and their guardians during their 2 to 2.5 hour shift. They will help ensure that all participants (dogs and their guardians) remain healthy, happy and safe during their visit to Dog Dayz. Dog Dayz Shift Volunteer Job Description pdf

Please note: Volunteers should leave their dogs at home for their shift, but are welcome to come back at another time with their dog(s)! Any volunteers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent. All volunteers under the age of 15 must volunteer with a parent or guardian.
