Drop-in Schedule Information and FAQs
We are now using a new, web-based tool for managing all drop-in fitness and mind/body programs and schedules in Boulder's recreation centers. This new system will allow access to real-time class information, including instructor substitutions and class cancellations. It is also more mobile-friendly and easier to find than our previous system.
Using the New Schedules
The key to using the new schedules is to use the filter option. Filter by category, location, class name and/or instructor. After filtering the schedule, you may print your schedule by clicking on (Print Schedule).
Choose one or more options at the top of the Drop-in Schedule. After you choose a drop-down option, the schedule will automatically update.
Simply filter your schedule according to the class or location you want and then click on (Print Schedule). Unfortunately you cannot print a schedule filtered by instructor.
We want to provide one accurate, real-time schedule. If we maintain multiple schedules, it leaves more room for errors, and the possibility that outdated schedules will be available.
No. The software we're using provides a weekly view. However, classes rarely change from one week to the next and updates will be posted at the top of the Drop-in Schedule page.
We are trying this new format on drop-in fitness and mind/body classes first. In the future, we would like to provide real-time, mobile-friendly schedules for pools and drop-in sports as well.

Class descriptions are linked from each class and show up in a pop up window when you click on the "class description" link.
