Fitness and Mind Body Program
Class Updates for May
Mondays 4pm-4:45pm at North Boulder Park (meets at the north end of the park). Starts April 12th, NO CLASS May 10th.
Thursdays 4pm-4:45pm at South Boulder Rec Center (meets at the middle parking lot just South of the Rec Center). Starts April 29th.
Outdoor Bootcamp: new class added Saturdays 8am-8:45am at EBCC on Turf Field 2
The Ride Indoor Cycling: Mondays at 8:00am (in-person) last class April 26th
The Ride Indoor Cycling: Wednesdays at 6:30am (Virutal) last class April 28th
Bolly X Fitness Dance Class: Mondays at 5:30pm in-person class meeting at North Boulder Park and will continue to be streamed Virtually (trial class for the month of May, in the case of inclement weather - class will be virtual only), May 10th class will be virtual only.
In person drop-in classes require reservations, please click the "In-Person Classes" button below to make your reservation online or call 303-413-7200 to sign up. Drop-in classes are included in a Parks and Recreation Facility Membership, Punch Pass or daily Drop-in use pass.
Join us on the beautiful Museum of Boulder Rooftop Saturday mornings at 9am starting May 1st for joyful movement and community with breathtaking views. Formats include Yoga (gentle and flow) and Fitness Dance (Zumba and Nia) taught by your favorite instructors!

Tickets are $18 and proceeds support the Museum of Boulder and the Parks and Recreation Fitness Program. Space is limited so reserve your space today!.
In-Person Drop-in class guidelines:
• Registration is required for all outdoor drop-in classes, yoga and indoor cycling classes. Click on "In-Person Classes" below to be directed to register online or or call 303-413-7200. You can register in person at the time of class, but space is limited so you are not guaranteed to have a spot. Advance registration is recommended online or by phone. To cancel a reservation, call 303-413-7200.
• You can use an annual, monthly, 10 visit or daily entry fee for your class.
