Our comprehensive weight rooms in all three recreation centers are fully outfitted with weight machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, as well as exercise balls, foam rollers, balance discs/boards and BOSUs.

Registered Classes and Workshops
Offered as a session of classes that meet weekly for a resident or non-resident fee.

Weight orientations familiarize patrons with the weight rooms, weight and cardio equipment and the services offer through Parks and Recreation.
Register for Personal Training or Nutrition
Work with a certified personal fitness trainer to design a fitness program that will elevate you to success in reaching your personal goals. One hour sessions can address introduction to weight lifting, sports-specific training, weight loss, pre/post-rehab and general fitness goals.
Consult with a Nutrition Coach who will work with you to make realistic dietary recommendations to live your healthies life!
