Celebrate the New Year with movement! Dancing, fitness classes, yoga, climbing, swimming, strength training, log rolling, cycling, and more! Move your way – or try something NEW - we have activities for all ages and abilities. Enjoy the day sampling classes and touring the facility at no cost.
Enjoy any part or all of this fitness session – to jump start your 2020 fitness goals. A great way to sample new techniques and teachers.

The Ride Cycle Class
This high energy class will burn calories as it builds endurance. Your instructor will lead you over hills, into valleys, peaks and plateaus. This is a high cardio class that also includes abdominal work and stretching at the end. This is a fast, efficient, overall calorie burner!
Pass required (passes are handed out at front desk 30 minutes prior to class start).
Strength and Tone
(Low to medium intensity; all levels.) Work all the major muscle groups in this well-rounded, total body sculpting class. Hand weights, bars, resistance tubes, and balls are all incorporated in this class. This is a great overall resistance workout to compliment your cardio routine.
Cuban Dance Sampler
Experience the flow of Cuban dance: Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba and Mambo.
Ballroom Dance Sampler
Social Dancing, Foxtrot, Waltz and Swing. No partner required.
Mind Body Dance Jam
Combines movements and concepts from yoga, martial arts, jazz and modern dance. This class offers total body cardiovascular conditioning and cross-training for any activity. All movements are adaptable and can be personalized for any level of fitness and agility. Come experience an array of mind/body dance instructors showcase their unique style and choreography.
Intro to TRX
TRX Suspension Training develops core stability to improve movement, function, and performance. This is a total-body workout that leverages body weight for strength, conditioning, and mobility.
Heartbeat Yoga is fun holistic exercise blending Yoga Practice, Aerobic Yoga Dance, Free Form, and Collaborative Movement with theme-based world music.
