Strength and Tone | 9 a.m.
Low to medium intensity; all levels. Work all the major muscle groups in this well-rounded, total body sculpting class. Light weights are all incorporated in this class. Don’t have equipment - no problem, you can do this workout with items found in your home, so get creative (soup cans, water bottles)! This is a great overall resistance workout to compliment your cardio routine.
Barre Fusion | 10 a.m.
This class is designed to strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. It is a fat-burning workout that integrates ballet barre, yoga and pilates movements. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs.
Zumba | 11 a.m.
Are you ready to ditch the workout and join the party? Zumba is for anyone needing a fun, safe, effective workout without the high impact. Take a musical trip around the world with easy-to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, flexibility and coordination. Absolutely no dance background required. If you can march in place, you can enjoy Zumba! Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong! No experience necessary.

Sample a variety of adult and youth dance classes via Zoom from the comfort of your home. Dance all day: 9:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.!
