Walk With a Doc

Join Boulder Community Health and the City of Boulder to walk with a doc and take a step toward better health. This is a FREE community program to see how easy it is to get healthy and prevent disease.
Join us for our special edition, second annual holiday and caroling walk!
Take steps toward a healthier lifestyle with this walking program for everyone. While you walk at your own pace, you’ll have the opportunity to have questions answered by local physicians. Join Dr. Nelson Trujillo for this annual holiday edition discussing “Food and Mood”. Enjoy over 275,000 dazzling LED lights on display throughout Central Park. Free refreshments (including top mood foods), prize drawings, and holiday cheer from our jolly elves will be provided. Be sure to arrive early to enjoy seasonal caroling! 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
