Private Training Request

Weight Room Orientation

Weight orientations are offered at no charge to patrons to familiarize them with the weight rooms, weight and cardio equipment and the services we offer. These 30-60 minutes orientations provide an opportunity to show patrons how to navigate the weight room and operate the equipment safely. Available to members and youth (ages 12-15). After completion of the weight room orientation, youth will have access to the weight and cardio areas with parent/adult supervision.

Personal Training and Nutrition

Consult with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Nutrition Coach who will assess your current nutrition status and work with you to make dietary recommendations to help you reach your goals. Nutrition coaching can assist in weight management, healthy eating and meal prep, the management of diabetes, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol. A dietitian can also assist athletes with their sports performance goals.

Get the most out of your wearable device! Terry McArthur, personal trainer and wearable device guru will guide you through settings and get you set up to maximize your results from your tracker. Consult includes a workout with your tracker, and info on what the numbers mean for your fitness.
