Contractor Licensing Renewal

If you would like to renew your contractor license, please complete the following steps.

Review the insurance requirements on the Contractor Licensing page. Have your insurance agent(s) email your General Liability and if applicable, Workers Compensation insurance certificate(s) to [email protected]

To update or change your license information, please complete the following details and email to [email protected]

For renewals, payment is required. An email confirmation will be sent with instructions regarding payment and online accounts after your license information is processed. Please wait for confirmation before creating a new Customer Self Service account to prevent duplicate contact information, as this may cause delays with both your Contractor License as well as any permit status notifications.

Payment can also be made in the office or by mail to the City of Boulder Contractor Licensing. P.O. Box 791,Boulder,CO 80306. Checks should be made payable to " City of Boulder".
