Pollinator Appreciation Month offers kids a whole variety of fun ways to learn about the beauty and importance of bees, butterflies and other pollinators. All events are free for the entire family. 

 

Fourth Annual Bee Boulder Family Festival!

 

Saturday, Sept. 29  ♦ 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ♦  Central Park

The Bee Boulder Family Festival is filled with educational activities, live music, face painting, prizes and fun. Join us this year for two special performances by Jeff & Paige at 10-10:45 a.m. and 11-11:45 a.m.

BeeChicas: Making and Using Field Journals

Discover the pollinators all around you!  Make a hand-bound journal to track pollinators and jot down your observations! Venture into the garden with us to learn how to make and record scientific observations. Ages 7 to adult. Adult supervision required for children under 12. Please come dressed for the second part of the workshop to be outdoors.
