Public Participation Working Group 4 to 7 PM
The City of Boulder is seeking a community dialogue to improve public participation and community engagement in local government. At the direction of City Council, City Manager Jane Brautigam appointed a small group of meeting facilitators and city staff, joined by a council representative, to establish an application process and review applicants for the Public Participation Working Group.
Individuals were selected based on their ability to think broadly about the subject matter and represent the community as a whole, rather than representing a particular neighborhood or specific issue of concern in the community.
All meetings will be facilitated and are open to the public; individuals may send comments to the Public Participation Working Group at PublicParticipationWorkingGroup@bouldercolorado.gov. This meeting is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 9 at the East Boulder Community Center in the Flagstaff room, 5660 Sioux Dr., Boulder, 80303.
