Officers responded to the area of 2151 Arapahoe on an elderly deceased male resident found on his apartment room couch. The male, an 85-year old was fully clothed with nothing criminally suspicious surrounding his death. According to his son, the male had a long medical history to include a recent heart value transplant. The detective Sgt was notified and the Coroner responded for the death investigation. Upon the sons request, the Coroner agreed to release the decedent to him at this Arapahoe address with an electronic death certificate, so that a private transport could be arranged between Hamilton and a crematorium in Crested Butte. 20-8610
