Boulder Police Oversight Panel hosting a recruitment and information session
The City of Boulder’s Police Oversight Panel will be hosting a recruitment and information session for community members interested in serving on the panel. The Police Oversight Panel reviews complaint investigation files and makes disciplinary, policy, and training recommendations to the Boulder Police Department.
Current members of the Police Oversight Panel will host an in-person event at the Boulder Public Library – Main Branch (Boulder Creek room) on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, from 6-7p.m. to discuss the work of the panel and answer any questions that prospective applicants may have. Light refreshments will be served. For those unable to join in person, please join virtually.
For more information about the panel and access to the virtual meeting link visit bouldercolorado.gov/police-oversight-panel. The meeting link will be posted online 24 hours in advance.
The application period will be open from Sept. 24 – Oct. 14, 2022, and interviews will be held between Oct. 31 – Nov. 11, 2022. For any questions, please contact the panel co-chairs at PoliceOversightPanel@bouldercolorado.gov.
