About Justin

Justin is the Utility Program Director for Southwest Energy Efficiency Project and the outgoing Chair of the city’s Environmental Advisory Board. He brings the experience of a south Boulder single-family homeowner and will also be able to lend his expertise in state and local energy policy and regulation.
