In accordance with § 92.252(b) outlined in the 2026 HOME Final Rule, HUD allows the City of Boulder to adopt the Public Housing Authority's Utility Allowance Schedule. The Utility Allowance Schedule below is in effect as of January 1, 2026.
If a participant pays for utilities, the amount is determined by whether or not the participant must pay for water and sewer.
