Construction and Trail Access
The footbridge on the southeast edge of Coot Lake will be closed during construction. The rest of the path around Coot Lake will remain open. Please note that completing a loop around Coot Lake will not be possible due to construction. Access to Boulder Reservoir from Coot Lake is around the northern edge of the lake.
There will be no access to Tom Watson Park south of the construction area. Please do not walk along 63rd to access Tom Watson park.
Scope of Work
- Replacement of footbridge
- Trail modifications to connect to the new bridge
- Shoreline and wetland mitigation
- Upgrades to two ADA parking spaces in existing lot
