During the outage, these services will be unavailable:

Internet and network connectivity

Internet access for all devices on the city network (wired and Wi-Fi, staff and public)
Internet connectivity to and from all on-premises city servers

Phone service

PSTN calling (Pure IP) to and from IP (Teams) phones on the city network
Calling between Teams phones on the city network
