The applicant(s) hereby certifies that he/she has completed the State required conspicuous public posting for a 10 day period at the proposed licensed/permitted premises in compliance with the Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Codes and Regulations of the State of Colorado.
Therefore, the applicant(s) herein requests that the City of Boulder process their application, and as necessary, forward their Application prior filed with Boulder's Licensing Office to the State for final review and approval.
