Our questionnaire is designed to collect information from individuals and organizations who use spaces in the City of Boulder for making, teaching, or presenting arts and cultural work. The information we gather through this questionnaire will be integral as the Office of Arts and Culture launches the initial phase of the creation of the Boulder Arts Blueprint (the latest iteration of the Community Cultural Plan).
