- Meeting packets are posted the Friday before each meeting.
- Meetings of the Boulder Arts Commission are held as hybrid in-person / video meetings. The Arts Commission, members of the community, and staff may attend either in person or by video.
- To attend, please make a request by email to rsvp@bouldercolorado.gov at least one day in advance of the meeting. Please indicate in your email if you are requesting to attend in person or by video. The in-person meetings are held in the Arts and Culture offices of the Community Vitality Department located on the 3rd floor of the Pearl Street Garage, 1500 Pearl Street. Due to room capacity, there are a limited number of seats available for members of the community to attend in person. If attending by video, a link to the access the meeting will be sent to you.
- Please keep an eye on our newsletter, and our website, for updates on the Arts Commission schedule and meeting documents. Packets are posted on this page generally the Friday (5 days) prior to each meeting.
