As part of the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan update, the City of Boulder is partnering with YOUnify to host an interactive, in-person workshop focused on building skills for respectful and productive community conversations.
During this session, participants will learn simple tools and techniques to navigate complex topics—like housing, transportation and climate—in a way that promotes understanding, collaboration and shared solutions. These skills will help community members engage meaningfully in upcoming discussions about Boulder’s future.
This workshop is open to all and designed to be welcoming to anyone, regardless of prior experience with local government. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with neighbors, practice new communication strategies and get ready for deeper conversations coming later this summer.
Spanish interpretation and light dinner provided.
